An Evening with Kevin Smith SOLD OUT: Extra Performance On Sale Wednesday

Due to popular demand, Sydney Opera House is pleased to announce a second Evening with Kevin Smith in the Concert Hall at 7.30pm on Monday, August 9. Tickets go on-sale at 9am Sednesday, July 7.
His first exclusive appearance in the Opera Theatre on August 8 as part of GRAPHIC (Aug 7 & 8) is completely sold out.
The inaugural weekend festival which celebrates graphic novels, comic books, animation and illustration will give Sydney audiences the chance to meet the mythmakers for the modern world from print, pixels and pop.
Kevin Smith is the legendary indie filmmaker of the cult classic 'Clerks', as well as successful features including 'Dogma', 'Chasing Amy' and 'Zack & Miri Make a Porno'. He also served as a Producer on the multiple Academy Award-winning 'Good Will Hunting'.
Well known for his long and often hilarious talks and Q&A sessions, he is also a celebrated writer for both the DC & Marvel Comics empires.
Smith has handled such legendary characters as Batman, Daredevil, Spider-Man and Green Arrow, and these Sydney Opera House dates will be his only Australian appearances.
