Sydney Film Festival Announces New Festival Guests

Sydney Film Festival is delighted to announce additional guests attending the Festival who will be walking the red carpet and also participating in the free talks program.

Audiences are invited to participate in lively discussions with the filmmakers following their screenings. In-depth discussions will cover topics from genre filmmaking to working with some of the world’s best directors, actors and producers.

Newly announced international festival guests include:
* Julie Bertucelli (Director, 'The Tree' –screening in Official Competition)
* Marton Csokas (Actor, 'South Solitary' – Opening Night; 'The Tree' – screening Official Competition)
* Shirley Henderson (Actor, 'Life During Wartime' – screening in Official Competition)
* Daniel Mitulescu (Producer, 'If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle' – screening in Official Competition)
* Kayvan Novak (Actor, 'Four Lions' – screening in Official Competition)
* Greg Olliver (Co-Director, Producer, Director of Photography, Editor – 'Lemmy' – screening Sounds on Screen)
* Wes Orshoski (Co-Director, Producer – 'Lemmy' – screening Sounds on Screen)
* George Pistereanu (Actor, 'If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle' – screening in Official Competition)

International guests previously announced include:
Ahmed Ahmed (Director/Comedian – 'Just Like Us'); Judith Ehrlich (Director – 'The Most Dangerous Man in America: Daniel Ellsberg and the Pentagon Papers'); Luca Guadagnino (Director – 'I Am Love'); Jonah Hill (Actor – 'Cyrus'); Brillante Mendoza (Director – 'Lola'); Chris Morris (Director – 'Four Lions').
