Opportunity For NSW Producers To Attend Co-Production Matchmaking Event In London

Ausfilm in partnership with Screen NSW, Screen Australia and together with other State Agencies and the UKFC will be hosting a two day co-production event in London immediately prior to the Cannes Film Festival.

The Forum will consist of:

- Targeted and specific speed pitching sessions with UK producers and production companies.
- Creative partnerships matchmaking sessions for producers to discuss other potential collaborations.
- Networking opportunities aimed at developing relationships with key UK producers, development executives and companies with existing projects seeking an Australian producer.

Applications are sought from New South Wales based producers with one or more feature film project(s) in development who are seeking co-production partners in the UK.

Projects can be both official and unofficial co-productions.

Producers should have at least one primary project which is market ready. Producers should have at least one production credit.

Producers will be supported with an amount up to A$7,000 which will be a recoupable investment against the slate.

Applicants are required to attend the Cannes Film Festival afterwards to capitalise on the opportunity.

Applications will be assessed on the strength of the primary project, the teams involved, the marketing strategy and the diversity of all projects to be presented at the forum and Cannes.
